Can I book cleanings out of Greater London?

Cleanapp will accept requests that take up to one hour for the professional cleaners to arrive.

Is there any additional costs than that I contracted?

No. Our prices are clear with no hidden fees. What you select is the final total price, tax inclusive.

Can I select my cleaner ?

Not on Instaclean.

What cleaning materials should I have?

The cleaners will bring their own basic cleaning products, just in case you don't have your own. It's a CleanApp treat for you. however, you should provide mop and hoover. If you fail on providing mop and hoover the cleaner can't assure the quality of the service.

Can I cancel a request?

Not on InstaClean. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions form more details.

What type of cleaning services can I book through CleanApp?

You may book domestic house cleaning services, both for same day or for advanced booking services.

Do I have to be at home during the cleaning?

Yes. You will be asked to allow access to the cleaner.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

All payments are done electronically, using paypal or credit/debit cards.
